Sir,
let see an actual way of « getting rid of the rabble », an
approach that you promoted on the Slab of Argenteuil, a renowned difficult
suburb of Paris (France).
In the case hereafter, I am the raffle, ten years of unemployment , condemned
by four judgments which were confirmed by the criminal section of the
Supreme court . The Slab of Argenteuil is the location of the training
course imposed by the Employment agency (ANPE) so that I could possibly
find a job.
This training course, normally planned over six months, has been regarded
by the Employement agency as an « intensive support», but
I could attend only the welcome : a room with a Marianne’s photo
(the People’s symbol in France) and then an interview with questions
such as: - Have you been in jail, are you going to be jailed ? Have you
a permanent residence?... When the manager in charge of me knew my professional
project he stopped dead , he spent two weeks to contact the appropriate
athorities , then he called for me and asked me to abandon my past activities.
- Abandoning my past activities would be a cowardice a fault an inconsistency,
underlined I.
I was fired because I reported irregularities and refused to subscribe
to violations of nuclear safety rules. The Administration wanted to suffocate
the irregularities in order to protect the reputation of AREVA, the French
state-owned nuclear power manufacturer. I thus became the victim of the
same practices as in the famed Dreyfus affair , i.e. libelous witnesses,
faked trials, dishonorable sanctions, seizures of goods and so on. Ten
years later, the irregularities are known at every levels up to the presidency
of the Republic and are not settled.
If I modified my professional project to leave nuclear power plants I
would join the reckless community of those who in front of safety problems
become deaf , stay silent and see only their interest.
The manager in charge for the training course remained firm: - No support
for your professional project in the nuclear power.
The Employment agency send me a Warning before Radiation on grounds of
the fact that I refused to modify my professional project, despite the
supposedly « intensive support ».
I was excluded from the Slab of Argenteuil and my name will be excluded
from the list of job candidates .
In a sense, I am confined in a penal colony and I am going to be deprived
of ration.
Is this a permessible method of « getting rid of riffraff »
considering also that this will improve chances of covering up the violations
of the International Convention on Nuclear Safety and the breaches of
Human Rights by prominent organisations?
Thank you for your answer, if any.
Regards
Tommaso FRONTE
